How can I get in touch?

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Orders usually take 2-3 working days
How can I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped.
What are your delivery charges?
Free delivery is applicable on orders over 250. For orders under this amount, an additional charge of 25 is applied to the basket total.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most modern forms of payment. The site will be regularly updated to reflect the available options.
Can I use my gift card to purchase online?
We are not currently accepting gift cards online. Please check the website for any updates on this.
Do you offer product assembly?
For the larger fitness equipment items and bikes, we will assemble the product for you at your request.
What is your Refund and Exchange Policy
REFUND
a) Refunds are acceptable within a period of 7 days of purchase (as per invoice date)
b) All Credit/Debit Card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction
c) Please note that it may take up to 5 working days to process your refund after we have received your returned item(s)
d) It may take up to 5 to 21 days for the amount to reflect in your Credit/Debit Card after refund is processed
e) The product must be in its original packaging and in a sellable condition with relevant tags attached. Goods found to be dirty, stained, damaged, torn or abused will not be entertained for refund
f) For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, swimwear, socks and other similar products will not be refunded
g) Please note that Shipping fee is not refundable. However, if refund is due to a manufacturing defect or damage of product during the delivery process then the Service and delivery charges are fully refundable. However, Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product will be refunded

EXCHANGE
a) Exchanges are acceptable within a period of 14 days of purchase (as per invoice date)
b) Exchange product value should be equal or higher than the original purchase
c) The product must be in its original packaging and in a sellable condition with relevant tags attached. Goods found to be dirty, stained, damaged, torn or abused will not be entertained for exchange
d) Please note that only ONE TIME EXCHANGE of product is allowed within 14 days of purchase (as per invoice date)
e) For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, swimwear, socks and other similar products will not be exchanged
f) There are no extra shipping charges for the item to be exchanged – Free for one time ONLY
COMPANY RIGHTS
Please note, Al Mana Fashion reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are:
> unfit for resale
> exchange made outside of the 14-day time frame
> refund made outside of the 7-day time frame
Such cases will not be accepted. Products will be sent back to the customer and shipping cost will be charged to the customer accordingly. (if exchange/refund are automated through website or else this section has to be removed)

Can I return items purchased online, in store?
Yes, if you have a valid receipt and your purchase meets the criteria in our refund and exchange policy
Can I change my order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button. This includes; changing the item or size, delivery / billing address, adding items to your order, shipping method. If you need to change or cancel your order, you will need to follow our returns process. If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing.
What are GO Sport doing to ensure the safety and well being of customers, staff and supply chain as a result of COVD-19?
We are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure that our customers, staff and supply chain are kept safe and well during this time and to prevent the spread of COVID-19. GO Sport drivers are ensuring that our vehicles are disinfected daily. Our drivers will be wearing gloves, with regular usage of antibacterial hand wash, they are adhering to social distancing guidelines and will wear an appropriate face mask to ensure a safe sanitized online shopping experience. Our logistics partners also follow strict guidelines which adhere to the government regulations on containing COVD-19.
